Sorry for the delay but thanks for the positive words.
As far as fitting the K forks - easy peasy,
The bearings are the same, the lower slider castings are similar to the Mono's but for their bore is larger for the stanchions and are fitted the other way round ie the calipers are towards the rear and the wheel spindle is behind the forks centerline too. The triple trees (yokes) are wider and so the K fork brace and guard can be used but I made my own.If you were using standard Mono calipers and wheel then you'd have to use K discs - as it was I was going to use the calipers from a much later model and my Mono discs were a perfect match using a 16mm master cylinder and welding a little extra to the lever to give a deeper stroke.
The headlamp brackets needed trimming to length and I used the R100R rubbers as they were the largest bore available.
Mounting the indicators might be a problem as they normally fit over the bottom yoke and locate on a roll pin that isn't there on the K's. I mounted my indicators up onto the headlamp mounting point but then had to find somewhere else for the ignition switch - the seat lock position suited me.
With the K75S fork there is a spacer that fits between the slider and the fork internals - machining 20mm(I think) from it's length shortend the forks to the Mono length.
Cheers for now
