Deposit down on a Mexican...

I have put a deposit down over the phone. Been told fully refundable. I go fondle and throw beans at Procycles Hornsby on Tuesday, my next day off.

Great machine, ride one myself. There was a oil usage issue around that time(2002) . Ask about oil consumption.
I had a camshaft pitting issue with mine. I was able to get cams and rockers and all the stuff out of the cylinder head for $150. Worked out fine. Always reliable.
Enjoy the torque, they have bags of it!

Hey ZM nice bike. I have searched online for anything about the 2002 burning oil downunder here and cannot find a mention of it. In the UK yes. But not for Australia. Strange.

A fellow I ride with regularly has that bike.
A "what would you like to do today" bike. Seems bulletproff.

Yep ,a neighbour has one and swears by it . A bit big for me though .

The 1200 Bandit is smaller all round compared to my R100LT. I compared the specs and was very surprised to see this.

That's a surprise, the neighbour's certainly has the appearance of being bigger .Were I to buy another bike it would be a lot smaller and lighter .A small Ducati or an SV 650 Suzuki probably .
