I have some R1100 Brembo 4 pots to put on my rebuild but the black finish is pretty scabby, So what was the original Black finish - Anodize or some sort of paint?
Cheers

Black paint. It's almost a pure flat. That bake-on high-temp charcoal grill paint would probably be very close.
