R100 GS Master Cylinder, calipers?

Anyone know the diameter of the master cylinder and caliper pistons from an R100 GSPD (I don't know what year)? How many actual pistons (live) do the calipers have? That is, how many per caliper.
I have these forks coming from the Bay and will need to get calipers (dual).
Would I do better getting BMW Brembo take-offs, or new calipers (Brembo, EBC, whatever)?
