Front fork oil

I have problems changing the front fork suspension oil on my '71 R75/5. After removing the nut and washer from the bottom of the damper rod (holding the center with an allan key) i remove the top plate. The oils is drained perfectly fine from one of the forks, but not from the other. I push the fork up and down without anything coming out.
I thought that the fork could be empty, but when applying new oil, only about 100 cc could be filled before in ran over.
I suspect something is blocking inside the fork. Is there any way i can get it out with disassembling the entire fork?

Thanks!

Welcommen. :)
Maybe shove a wire carefully up the drain hole. It might be blocked.

This simple procedure is on my website, as usual. http://www.w6rec.com/duane/bmw/forkseal/index.htm

It takes far longer to read the procedure than to do it.

Although poking something in there to try to clear it may work, it doesn't fix the "what's blocking it?" issue. Almost certainly it means that your bumpers have disintegrated, and there's no way to replace them without disassembling the fork.

# 1 on the bumper disintegrating , mine have done so twice , on my R75/7.
I seem to remember that I replaced them last time by unscrewing the large cap on the bottom of the fork leg, and of course the fixing bottom center which hold the damper assembly , might be possible that way on your bike too or maybe I just got lucky for once.
