Kaiser P. covers my medical stuff, after copays. I think my ambulance copay is a hundred bucks, but I've never been in one. They don't care how I got hurt.

Good point. Most sales staff, in just about any industry, don't really understand the technical details of what they're selling; they're happy to just tell you whatever they think you want to hear to make a sale.
