They look like the stick on type to me, the way the edges are flaking off. Enamel ones shouldn't do that. If they're the stick on type, use some dental floss or fishing line to get underneath and across the roundel. Helps if it's heated first. Use a hairdryer.
New roundels are around $10 for the stock 70mm diameter. They're stick on. Enamel ones were available from San Jose BMW for US$20 ish.
