Stock BMW shock rebuild

Post by jimmyg »

Other than Bruno (who seems to be on a secret mission for her majesty), is there anyone else that might be able to rebuild the stock rear shock on my 1995 R100RT Classic and return it within a reasonable amount of time?

thanks,

I believe it's Boge. This would be for the Monoloever bikes that use the single shock.

A quick Google search seems to indicate Boge's are not rebuildable.

He may not be accepting new jobs because he had a 9+ month backlog, last I looked...

I got a YSS shock from Ted Porter and couldn't be happier. At less than $300, and setup properly, it feels great. Looks good too.
