Rekeying the 74 lockset

In my day we didn't know how to rekey a lock set. We just sold a new set. Has anyone discovered how to do it. I don't think that the fork lock can be opened up, maybe the others too. My memory has faded a lot on this stuff. TIA.

I just pull the tab that holds the tumblers and remove them. Then any mismatched key will work... That said, any competent locksmith will be able to change it.
