Fuel cap vent line block

Post by bilyjck25 »

I have 2004 R1100s boxer cup replika. It sat for about 10 years. I have replaced the fuel pump plate and associated parts.

part #4. The pipe at bend has small blockage. I have soaked with carb cleaner and tried running wire thru it and still not clear. Any suggestions as I can't find another online?

Have you tried air pressure?
Ultrasonic cleaning?

Definitely tried air pressure. It is right in the middle of the bend. I may try ultrasonic cleaning. I may cut the pipe and fit hose in different location. I would like to know if there is a vented cap i could use instead
