Does anyone know how to remove the spring from a Koni 2615 1017 1500 ?

Kurt, that explanation was interesting. The guy selling him the later parts was Dave Gardner. Blame me. I am the one that kidnapped him from Colorado Springs BMW and dropped him off in SF about 100 years ago at Bavarian Motor Works.

I had been working as a district sales manager for BMW AG just after they took over from B&S. My territory was Texas and the Rocky Mountain states all the way up to Canada. That is another story.

As I remember, he drove my truck out with some of his stuff and mine too. I flew my plane out and we met up later.

Dave is a good man.
