I bought a copy of that from Rick last September while on holidays in the states. I think he still sells them.

The book, though spendy, is well worth the money. Duane Ausherman seemed impressed when he scanned through mine.

Plus Rick and his successor appear to have maintained their tradition of wonderful customer support.

He's been out every time I've checked for some time. Perhaps he's just avoiding selling me one, lest I follow through on my trouble-shooting flow chart threat.

Well, it would screw things up a bit, 'eh. No need to worry tho, he'd be locked up quick smart with all the other blokes called Jesus.

I've only ever heard rumors of this marvelous book's impending return.
